Each product comes with care instructions based on its type. For candles, keep wick trimmed to 5mm and burn for no more than 3–4 hours at a time. For crochet items, hand wash in cold water. Chocolates should be stored below 20°C away from sunlight. Resin pieces should be kept away from direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

We ship pan-India via trusted couriers. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days depending on location. All items are packed securely with bubble wrap and branded tissue. You'll receive a tracking link once shipped.
